Is buying through your website safe?
Yes. Buying from our website is very safe - much safer than using your credit card in the high street. We use Paypal for our credit card transactions, the company who through whom most eBay purchases are completed - they deal safely with millions of transactions every day.
I don’t have a credit card. How do I place an order without one?
We accept cheques in Pounds Sterling or Euros, or you can pay by Bank Transfer.
Orders can be made by email or 'snail mail'.
When will my goods arrive?
Goods are sent first class and usually arrive within a week, often sooner, though it can depend on circumstances. Overseas orders may of course take a little longer.
What happens if my goods arrive damaged in the mail?
Goods are packaged so as to try to prevent damage, but if it does occur, just let us know and we will replace them. We would like you to return them though so we can assess how it happened and prevent future damage.
